The worst service ever.  Karen Magdaleno is a Realtor that is concerned only with collecting money at your expense.  She may be a Realtor that was once good.  At this time she is very incompetent at her job.  Her knowledge of short sales is far below average.  Karen Magdaleno does not look out for buyer nor seller, only the closing deal with her pay check.  Karen Magdaleno with Yarrow and associates Century 21 lied throughout the deal we had many times. She proved her incompetence many times.  She even lied and took credit for work she had nothing to do with.  Karen Magdaleno at Yarrow Century 21 is not trust worthy.  I would never use her or recommend her ever.  What is even more disappointing is the response I received from the office manager Scott Cooper and the owner Al Yarrow.  Absolutely none!  I wrote a letter and left messages to both these men with some concerns and questions.  I received no response what so ever.  That just goes to show if you have any problems with any of their Realtors nothing will be done to help your situation.  It has been over three weeks with no answer from the owner Al Yarrow nor the Broker/Office Manager Scott Cooper.
