i have been a costumer for a while now and i have had to cancel game lounge many times which i never ordered and do not know how much i payed for unwanted service. on the date we were calling to take care of this we actually ordered century zone which we never used or asked for so i asked was there any notes of the numerous calls to cancel the other service they said no just the note to upgrade service, even though we were upset that are bill was so high, we agreed to order another service and no complaints were ever noted. he decided to be nice and give me a7.00 credit for some months to help me out and said he had done the same thing ordered something online then decided he did not want it. i told him that i never asked for this service, he said the notes on the account so that is it and i did not catch it sooner so i have to pay it and that the ongoing problem there is no record of so it did not happen "no notes".so does anyone know what to do
