Cerified Diamonds & Gemstones Inc. Steve Waldman Veronica Waldman Scammed by Veronica & Steve Waldman over $400,000 USD Miami Florida

Steve and Veronica Waldman from Certified Diamonds & Gemstones Inc. offered me two years ago to get into rough diamonds trade investment to cut and polish rough diamonds and sell to the trade.

I've invested about $400,000 USD and advised by Steve and Veronica Waldman about 24 rough rough stones, to be cut and polished into round brilliant diamonds with a high quality D IF EX EX EX of all 24 diamonds. I've got an invoices for the 24 rough diamonds, and was advised that in 45 to 60 days we will have the stones completed and certified by GIA within 45 to 60 days.

90 Days went by, and we asked about the status of the stones, was told that there was a slight delay with the process and it should be ready within a week the latest, waited two weeks more, and requested again what is the hold with the progress of 45 days as promosed and once again was told that in a day or two we will see a few stones coming out from GIA

Six months later still getting same answers with more excuses and stories that the GIA NY is gemed by back orders and it should be ready within a week or two, waited again another month, than we finally got the first stone, and was told the others will be out in a few days.

We found a buyer for a the first stone, and told Steve Waldman about it, and advised that he have a better deal of 20% more from the price we have with our buyer, and agreed for the offer, he says that we should see the money of the sale coming in in a week or so.

One month went by and we still did see no money or stones, start to wonder what is the hold on the progress, and felt that something is wrong with CDGI and with Steve and Veronica Waldman, we did a deep search on this fox, and we found out that Steve Waldman have a long criminal history of SCAM FRAUD with over 160 counts.

Once we found this criminal record on the owners of the company, we start to demand seing the diamonds that was completed as they say, we got GIA certificates that was forged by Steve Waldman after doing search with GIA NY.

I have all relevant invoices, payments made to CDGI, once we told Steve about the GIA certificates that the dates on the GIA Certificates are wrong after checking with GIA NY, than he started with more lies and delays and excuses one after the other, and we did ask for a refund, and Steve had offered us a compensation to sell a pink stone of 71.10 Ct Intense Purplish pink and make a nice profit.

We had sign a contract of sale for the 71.10 with CDGI, and we had a client from NY for the stone, been provided with a video of the 71.10 ct pink stone, and Steve say that he is going to Argyle Mine Australia to bring the rough stone personally and he will be back in two weeks, and we had scheduled an inspection of the stone in GIA NY.

We found out on the criminal record that Steve Waldman is under probation felony until 2021 and he could not leave the USA without a court order, than we knew that we have been scammed once again, we've waited more tha a year to see the pink stone, and was told again and again the the stone is still under testing in GIA NY.

Going throughout hasles time after time, we decided to ask for the money back and close the relatioship with Seve and Veronica Waldman, nad we have been asked to sign a release form in order to get our money back, we also have a signed an nothorized letter by Steve Waldman and Veronica Waldman that once we sign a release form we will have our money back within two or three days.

We signed the release form, and was waiting to get our money back, waited for over three weeks, and we asked once again what is the delay with our refund, was advised that we should hear from them in a day or two. The most horobale thing happend, instead of getting the refund, we was served with a lawsuit and that was done by purpose right from the begining of not not giving us our money back.

We do have all suportive documents, exchnaged emails, wire transfer payments made to them, videos, and much more, when it is necessary we will be happy to provide to the authorities in order to bring the truth to the public.
