Certfied Finanacial Protection Group, LLC Home modification Temecula, California

I am looking for a home modification and found Certified Financial Protection group in California.  They asked me to pay $3000 up front for their service and promised me that they will lower my interest and help me with the modification.  They have been dragging on for months and finally I asked them for a refund.  They never answered their phone or e-mail.  Couple weeks later, I received a e-mail from their support group saying they are closing their business and no longer help me on my case.  I never recevied my money or answer to my calls or e-mail.
