I lost my Bose home theatre and one other box while move. Even after calling them for months and tons of emails there was no response. 

Below are some of the responses I got in middle of my 30 emails I sent to them


"We are working on locating your box we will update you as soon as anything comes up can you describe the size and color of the box and what number it was on the inventory"

"one of my customers has your box, I will call you tomorrow and we will get it to you asap."


After this they send me some claim form and then a guy called me and said he found the box and will ship it me and no need to file claim. End story I lost my Bose home theatre and another box with personal items.

If you want your valuable items to be stolen then use Certified reloactaions. I am ready to publish the whole email chain I sent to this company. Dont know if I can take it to FTC and not sure if it is worth it. It's not about money but this kind of service should not be in market.

Below is the last email (probably 35th email) I sent to these guys and there was no response for that too :-(


If you are scam company then you don't need to respond.

I have sent multiple mails and sent claim form but I am not getting any response after losing my Bose home theaters.
Even after talking it looked like it was with one of your customer and I was expecting to deliver my speaker. I am not at all happy with your service.
Really I should have choosed a real company for moving my items. You guys dont have any ethics of customer care.
It's really like stealing somebody's money. If you can't reply me then atleast send me an reply that I will not get my speakers back. So that I can write in forums and prevent other people who might get caught in your false trap.
