Continental Ceruleam Discover Credit Card ank stated update system to another bank. Numerous call made, never received new bank card. C refused to give me account number to pay and then put balance into collections. PObox 8099, Newark, De 19714-8099 Newark, DE

Continental Ceruleam for less then a year.  Went to pay online. Could not access account. Called Ceruleam who stating that they were switching card to another bank and to wait till I received new card with account number to access and pay.  After not receicing new account card made numberous phone calls.  Finally then then stated that the account was closed for none payment and sent to collections. Advised them how can made payments when they refused to sent or give me and account number to make payment.  Was told that was my problem and they could not do anything about it. To this date never received any type of communication from them either by mail or e-mail which is now over at least eight months.
