C&F finance N\A ripoff not sure Nationwide

 my name is rusty b, i traded a toyota tundra in on a nissan rogue. serra nessan in birmingham, AL. i had a chapter 7 on my record. i just found out today that they are charging me $11.87 per day in intrest. plus they never told me that my rate would change. i went on workers comp. and payment was do on sun. they started calling two weeks prior asking for payment. i told them that my payment wasn't even due yet. they started threatening me of repo. then it came time to pay on that sun. i got paid the following thursday. since then they have reported my payments late to credit bureaus, ( when they are not late), and has made it impossible to get the vehicle refinanced through anyone else. i have had to deal with them for a lil over a year now. and if i can get away from them, i will. if you have a loan through them. my advice is to get away as quick as possible
