i HAD RECIEVED A CFNA CREDIT LIMIT OF $1,000. ABOUT A YEAR AGO. I USED THE CARD TWICE, ONLY FOR TWO OIL CHANGES AT FIRESTONE IN NORTHERN KY. I PAID THE BILL ON TIME BUT BECAUSE I PAID ONLINE IT DIDNT GO THROUGH FOR SEVERAL DAYS CFNA SAYS. VERY NICE ON THE PHONE. WAIVED THE LATE FEE THAT HAD BEEN ADDED FOR PAYING ON TIME! I NEEDED NEW TIRES SO I HEADED OUT TO FIRESTONE TO GET THEM ON CREDIT , NO INTEREST FOR 6 MONTHS,RIGHT? I TOLD THE GIRL I HADNT USED THE CARD FOR A FEW MONTHS AND THAT I HAD HAD A CARD CANCELLED FOR NON USE BEFORE, AND WOULD SHE TRY IT PRIOR TO INSTALLING TH TIRES. NO THAT IS NOT THEIR PRACTICE. SO THEY INSTALL THE TIRES, $800 DOLLARS WORTH! THEY THEN RUN THE CARD AND GUESS WHAT THE DAMN CARD WAS SHOWING NO AVAILABLE BALANCE. THE CSR AT CFNA TOLD ME THEY DIDNT CANCEL MY CARD THEY JUST TOOK AWAY ALL OF THE CREDIT LIMIT. THEY ALSO TOLD ME THEY SENT A LETTER STAING THAT PRIOR TO MY VISIT TO FIRESTINE. I DI GET A LETTER SATING THAT ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF AFTER I HAD TO BEG AND BORROW SO I COULD PAY CASH FOR THE TIRES, OR ELSE THEY WERE KEEPING MY CAR!!!! IT WAS DATED A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE CARD WAS DECLINED. wONDER WHY I GOT IT A WEEK AND A HALF LATER? I SUPPOSE THEY WERE NOT MAKING EOUGH INTEREST FROM ME. MY ACCOUNT IS STILL OPEN ONLY NO AVAILABLE CREDIT. 0 CREDIT LIMIT . NOW THATS CRAZY.
