Chainreaction cycles Warranty claim Ballyclare Nationwide

 I bought a cube attention sl 29 mountain bike 2 years ago and noticed that it seemed to pull to the left. I just put this down to the wheel or tire and thought no more of it until it recently started to become more noticeable. I rang Chainreaction and told them about this problem and they said they would look into it. I told them I had been using a child's trailer and thought that this was the cause. I took the bike to 2 local bike shops and both said the frame looked misaligned. So one of the shops checked the frame in a proper jig and also checked the wheel and they said the frame was misaligned and this was down to how it was welded from manufacture. I explained this to Chainreaction and they told me to send them the frame for them to check. I sent them the frame and they said that they thought it was ok so the problem must be my wheel, I told them I had the wheel checked I also sent them photographs to prove this but they weren't believing what I was saying I even got written proof from the local bike shop but still Chainreaction are saying that they can't see anything wrong with the frame even though I've had it checked from 2 shops had photographic evidence and written evidence.
