Champs Apparel ripped me off and will not communicate with me now. I am a Veteran and was looking for the NFL Salute to Service hoodies to purchase. This company was the first one Google "recommended," so I clicked on it and purchased through their secured site. I received prompt emails thanking me for the purchase and then a few days later the really really shady stuff started. First I got an email with a fake tracking number for USPS. Then a few days later I got an email about shipping delays from the company. Next I got an email that said, and I quote: "hi we will contact the carrier to urge them to process the package as soon as they can. Thanks Jennie" I am now in the process of reporting this company to the USPS Investigation service and will be pursuing a full refund.
