I called their sales team and told them that I needed a company that had 24hr phone customer support. The salesman said that they had the best customer support in the industry. (Bullshi+) Once I had paid $1875 for my first month and access to just sell on Amazon alone as well as a 6 month contract, the girl I had schedulled a training apointment with never called me at the time we had appointed because it was apparently my job to call her. Yeah thats right the company I am paying wants me to call them when we have an appointment. (Crazy) I did all the things she told me to do then there was a problem with their site not uploading the Main inventory file we needed to get started. I then called the company and was told that there is no phone support at all only email support and that I had to corespond through email. So I did that, then found out they have up to 48 hrs to respond meanwhile I have paid them $125 over the 2 days for them to "get back to me" with a huge email with all kind of instructions on what to do in their system that would take me another 2 days to figure the h*** out (costing me another $125 for me to do the work that their system is "supposed" to alleviate. [continued below]....

.....  I called the company to say we are done. They have refused any wrong doing. They act like I am crazy and they think that we are so stupid that we would even begin to think about signing up for a company for almost a $1000 a month with no phone support.  I get better support from my free checking account and my bank would like nothing more than to piss on my body. This company is like Kim Jong Un and will thow your naked company to the starving dogs all you have to do is sign up. All promises are void when you can't even figure out how to follow the most basic business principle of answer the phone. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the crown of thorns that Channel Advisor will plunge into your business if given the chance. They will say it is beautiful and can you see the spikes glisten as the blood pours out of your business. Please Save Yourself and find another Company.
