Charles ( Roy ) was located in Orangeburg S.C. I have know him a long time and he is dead beat human, husband, friend and dead beat as a money maker. He is all mouth with true, partially true or totally false gossip about everone he knows or know off. Can't figure him out as to why he acts and conducts himself like he does unless it's caused by his lazy, over weight, no drive and totally depressed over his inability to build a business. He use to own a logging company but that bellied up, Based on what I have seen and hear, he is worthless as a man, husband if ever married, and friend for he will talk behind anyone's back. His only hope is to open a beauty shop and spend all of his time there allowng him to hear and share gossip. I feel plum sorry for such a human. He can't be trusted either, I know that for a fact. Anyone woman or lady who dates such a beast will only find themselves disappointed and he will hang on for any hand outs. Mr. disappointment for life.
