*UPDATE Employee: Employee Offer of Assistance
When signing up for service, never wanted phone. didn't want to pay for it. Told it was cheaper to get cable and internet with phone than cable and internet with no phone.
Paid for calling charges that never should have been billed for. I had other service, nationwide. Their service was state only. I never wanted, needed, etc.
Then called back and asked if I could remove phone service, they said "Yes". I now pay for no phone but NO REFUND for phone I "Had to pay for". It is a Class Action Law Suit waiting to happen.
Someone please teach this company a lesson.
