Charter Fitness Cardinal Fitness Premium Membership is a Total Scam!!! Palos Heights, Illinois

This place sucks!  I recently signed up as a new member.  In reviewing the so-called perks on their Premium Membership, I saw that I could bring a guest each time I work out.  I was joining online and was concerned that this sounded too good to be true so I called the facility and asked two questions.  I asked if I could bring the same person as my guest every time and received the answer Yes.  My second question was a follow up to that and was can I bring my 14 year old daughter.  Again, the answer was yes.  Today, I went to the club for the first time and was told that my daughter cannot come as my guest because she is not 18 or older.  I was then informed that I should have made her the member and I could have been her guest.  I offered that nobody told me to do that and asked them to just change it to make her the member.  I was told they can't do that.  I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the person I was speaking with was in fact the manager.  I asked to then have the owner call me and she informed me that I will be told the same thing.  She claimed that it is right on the website.  It is NOT.  In several places on the website they note that a Guest can be brought in free, but nowhere does it state that guest must be over 18.  I received 3 pages of terms and conditions of my membership after joining, in those terms and conditions there is a note about my ability to bring a guests, but again, nowhere does it state that my guest must be over 18.  I printed all of this out and brought it to the facility this afternoon and was told again that it is on the website.  I returned home and found a link waaaaaaaaaaaay at the bottom of their website entitled "Rules and Regs".  There is states:   If a guest is between the ages of 12-17, they must have a guardian accompany them and sign the guest waiver."  So still can't figure out why my 14 year old can't come with me.  I hate this place already.
