in october of 2013 we began what should have been a simple assumption. Home was in Mother's name though she had never paid on it. Son who has impeccable credit asked to assume. It is now 6 months later. As others have stated - terrible service from this department and in particular Jo-Ann Ross Moore. Never responds to emails. delays everything. We have been told 5 TIMES that documents were sent to underwriting. Then she comes back with some off the wall request and says the info is "stale". Worst possible customer service. You can not reach anyone at the facility. All calls no matter to which extension go to voice mail. If they are so busy working why has this not been done in 6 months. Complete and utter disregard for others time and stress level. But we have bailed Chase out as a country and they think they are above any kind of scrutiny.
