Chase Health Advance Finance Charges Illinois

I've been with this company for over two years and never had a problem with them until recently. My balance was under a promotional plan of no finance charge for 24 months. I paid off my balance by the end of the 24 months and because my payment posted in their system one day late they added all the back dated finance charges on my account. The last payment amount was $10.00!!!

Now I owe them $600.00!!!! They are refusing to reverse charges even though it is clear that it was a miscommunication and refuse to let you speak to supervising staff at hand to have their review process explained in detail. I will never do business with this company again, as they are not customer friendly and as the phone rep said all their decision are "business decisions". They do not care about their customers!!! BEWARE!!!!
