I just needed to vent my anger towards this company that carries my mortgage....  I would never say HATE, but I HATE this company.  We had this company with our first house and they said that we never made a payment, but infact we did.  After we lost the house the ended up sending us a check back for OVERPAYMENT, which is funny due to it was the amount we were past due.  Go figure that one.  By my situation is we had to refinance our mortgage with another company due to we were on interest only loan and the interest rate was about to sky rocket.  So we went to the Mortgage Firm (WHICH DONT USE THEM AS WELL) and the first things that came out of my mouth was DONT PUT ME THROUGH CHASE!!!  Well at closing did we not only figure out the indeed they put us through Chase as well as our payment was almost $300 more then what was expected.  But enough of that subject. Due to the economy and both Myself and my husband works for a sales base company have lost a significant amount of money so ALL of our bills have gone past due.  We attempted 2 TIMES to get Chase to help us with getting our interest rate or payment lowered so we can afford it, both times denied, but not a reason why.....  So then we have Chase calling us everyday to get money, we spoke to someone there and explained our situation and said we dont have the money, that we would try to make a payment as soon as we can.  We as of yesterday 9/30/09 I contact Chase to see if we could extend my payment until next week when I get paid and they we RUDE EXTREMELY RUDE!!! They put me on hold and gave me someone higher up and she basically told me to write a BAD CHECK!!!  That it might not go in to my account until next week, but she 1 could not confirm that.  I explained that would make my account go negative and bounce my day care checks, so there I would be responsibile to pay for all the bounce checks.  Her exact word were your mortgage is your first responsibility and you need to make a payment right now or your going to lose your house.  I COULD NOT BELIEVE SHE ASKED ME TO DO A FEDERAL CRIME!!  I will not ever use this company again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you do the same stay far away from them....
