the same username (when trying to contact via live chat) appears at all times, obviously different people with same usersame, "angelababy". they offer the services at much cheaper rates, making me think it may be a smaller site that isnt sure what to have as a base. i was wrong, its actually a scam. i tried contacting at least 100 times, every time the same message of "welcome to our live chat,what can i help you ?" pops up, and maybe 2 times was there an actual person there that said hi after that. if i tried asking for help, half the time there was no answer. ever. the other half they (or the program doing it) would "check on that" and only 3 times has it responded from that, every time telling me that the gold supplier isnt online and to try some other time. they also wouldnt refund my money, and wouldnt respond after that when i asked how the refund was going along. i had to contact my bank to order them to give me my money back. do not get sucked into this false, scamming site!
