Cheap Tickets advertizes that they are low cost ticket provider - but they do not tell consumers that if an airline cancels a flight there is no refund AND there will be significant fees by BOTH the airline and Cheap Tickets if the payment is applied to another ticket. This is a form of "gotcha capitalism" - CheapTickets uses a fraudulent trick to get up front payment for tickets without giving adequate warning of hidden costs and fees. There is no reason they should hold money that is not rightfully theirs.
