This is the worst trip reservation i had to deal with in my life! Our family purchased round tickets to fly to Russia to meet our friends. Long waited trip turned to a ticket related nightmare...
Problems started already on US territory, when Delta could not find reservation for our kid, after two hours talking to various supervisors and managers they figured something out, glad we came to airport a few hours ahead. So we we able to fly to NYC, where we supposed to transfer to Aeroflot which would take us to Moscow, but Aeroflot could not also find reservation for a kid and we had to buy ticket from Aeroflot on the spot.Besides all this mess, our flight got delayed and we missed the train, so we had to rearrange everything from the scratch.Now its almost time to go back and again same problems... Aeroflot does not have tickets but this time for all of us. We tried to contact cheap tickets via email - no luck (not automated email acct)so we called CheapTickets, they said talk to aeroflot, called aeroflot, they said talk to cheaptickets...finally after spending bunch of bucks on roaming calls we received confirmation email from cheaptickets, however after calling aeroflot again to verify tickets thay said they still have nothing in their system.
Being through all this mess, THIS IS OUR LAST TIME WHEN WE USE CHEAPTICKETS.COM / ORBITZ.COM
AVOID AT ANY COST! 
WORST BOOKING COMPANY EVER !

So it just like i thought...
 ALL THIS BS ANSWERS ARE AUTOMATED ONES AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It has been almost a week now and i still have not received any answer from the email provided by Christina Wilcox -supposedly a company representative.  What company is this... that takes a week to answer a simple email ??? Being said that, it just confirms that CHEAPTICKETS.COM and ORBITZ.COM are DEFINATELY COMPANIES TO AVOID !

Hello Christina,
 I really would want to believe your reply would be worth somebody's attention, as it appears to be AUTOMATED ANSWER, which is IDENTICAL to any other replies found here or on any other complain website. This is not the only website i have posted my complain and EVERYWHERE i receive same AUTOMATED answer. I did reply to 2 of such replies during period of 1 to 2 weeks and still have not seen any emails from from cheaptickets.com or orbitz.com  also, its same socialnetwork@orbitz.com and socialnetwork@cheaptickets.com Being said that, i will send another email, but i have a feeling it all goes to...
