Like the other complainants that have voiced their grief with this company, I too was a former long-time customer and was both disappointed and unsatisfied with the shipping services rendered on my latest purchase. 

Their website states:

I placed my order on November 29, 2013 and selected Great Value, First Class Mail, 1 box for $2.99 as my shipping option as I knew from past experience that regular shipping was about 2 weeks and I needed my checks sooner than that. 

On December 9th, I still had not received the order and called to inquire.  They told me the 3-5 business days shipping was on top of the 2-4 business days to process the order.  From the way the shipping options are worded and presented on their website, it appears that the 2-4 business days is for the No Rush, FREE shipping option only.

Furthermore it is misleading and incorrect of them to say that the actual shipping is business days only as the mail continues traveling after being sent, to include Saturdays and Sundays and the USPS has verified this.

What galls me the most however, is the fact that this company is willing to loose a long time customer by refusing to refund the $2.99 extra I paid for the expedited shipping that did not happen.  Believe me, I will find a company that can deliver and is truely concerned about customer satisfaction because it certainly isn't Checkworks.

They Lied

I finally received my checks on 12/10/13.  It was postmarked 12/6/13, so that proves that it took longer than the 2-3 days processing.  Since I ordered on 11/29/13, 2-3 days processing would mean that it should have shipped on 12/4/13 and I should have received it between 12/7/13 and 12/9/13.  But hey, it was their business decision to not refund the requested $2.99 extra I paid for expedited shipping which did not happen. 

I have already found the same design checks with another company for less money.  So in the end, I guess I am a happy customer after all! :)
