Company is using BBB Accredited logo on their homepage.
Company is not BBB Accredited and that has been confirmed by BBB Orange County.
Company refuses to answer emails in this matter.
Tried to call but was told this type of inquires may take weeks to answer and are not answered over the phone.
BBB Orange County answered me today and will try to make the company remove the false information from their homepage.

We have been accredited by the BBB since 2000. We have no idea what this person's fixation was with in a series of mid-December emails, a call and promise of a followup call during the middle of our Christmas rush. In looking back in his original email, his search was for San Jose, CA, in Northern California and nowhere near our region of Orange County/San Diego County.
We are accredited by the BBB and at the time of this writing have an A+ rating. The correct link to our listing is:
