Ok, So here it is, The facts:

Cheryl Robinson, how did I even meet her? A very nice gentleman, a school principal in fact, who happened to be a client of my firm was scammed by Cheryl Robinson to the tune of $2,000.00. He hired our firm to try to collect on this money. Cheryl finally agreed to a payment schedule. It was put in writing and so begins the drama.

I saw Cheryl was having a lot of problems, and i offered our services to her, she told me that she was a victim of this big scam...etc, etc. I agreed to assist her with her collections....I spent $120.00 on background searches and started a skip trace, meaning I contacted all of the possible neighbors, friends, and business associates... I informed them of a possible inheritance/ lottery winning, etc. and sure enough this person surfaced. I filed reports with the local governmental authorities, and they agreed to look into it..... fast forward a bit, Cheryl asked to hire us to assist her with her auto loan.

In other words work an arrangement to avoid repossession.I charged her a reduced rate, which she never paid us. My staff did their job, and actually got a deferment as well as her repo to be suspended. we needed more information to continue. Cheryl decided that she was too important to return our phone alls or answer them. I received many emails from cheryl promising us a payment within 24 hours, I would say at least 12-18 of these emails.

We did not once request the payment. As we were drawing closer to a resolve i politely requested a payment and recieved an email that made no sense, but was clearly rude, insulting and irrational, we sent another followup a week later and again receive a barrage of insults, one such insult telling me how I had no compassion for people in a rough situation. It was this and her ungraciousness and abuse that pushed me over the edge........please see below:

 I appreciate the many emails ensuring payment by the end of business. Hoover the fact remains that you have not followed through in any of them. I was out sick in Friday, but followed up with the office. We are coming to a conclusion soon with drive time. Not only haven't you completed the deduced retainer I normally charge. But I fear you will not follow through on the arrangements we make for you. Additionally you are 3 weeks behind on ######s payment. I even gave you an option to make a lesser payment even to show me good faith. Cheryl I need a payment today.even if it is only $200.00 with a payment every other week...I  am pretty easy to work with and very understanding as long as you don't play me.

I am not playing with you take the money and I will arrange for drivetime and pay quincy in full myself. I don't play games and don't want to be accused of it so thank you for not trusting me typical hope you never have issues. Good luck I will call drive time monday and find what you have done and pay you that also but will work with them I loose the car I loose the car at least I don't have negative comments. thanx don't waste your time on toni if you are either don't care anymore.

I have a contract with you. I have a staff that has been working on your file. I have over 10 emails telling me that you will be providing me with funds within 24 hours. If you go around our backs and  contact drivetime and ruin the hard work we have done I will not be very happy. I have been more than accommodating with you. I have spent time and money tracking down Toni Graham, for you, Contacting her, her family and friends and reporting her to local government authorities without charging you any up front fees.

he will be surfacing again soon....just watch...I told you as much last time. I even started work on your file with drivetime preventing any action thus far without receiving a dime from you. I asked you politely for a payment and you send me a rude response? That is not right considering all I have done. And I you will finish paying ####through the arrangement we have. We have documented this arrangement.  You cannot just dissolve the arrangement at will. I put it in writing and ####hired me for a reason.

He did not want to have to get involved directly. I can appreciate the fact that you are having financial difficulties. However that does not give you license to insult and drive away the people helping you.Lets move forward on a good foot ,should I run the card for 200.00 ? put $50.00 towards #### and $150.00 towards Friedman & Friedman. (Which by the way will in 6 months convert to a fully licensed law firm able to practice in close to 50 states.Which will expand the scope of our services.) Please do not go on the defensive when asked for money that you owe, especially when that person/ company has been helping you.

did I ever say I was not paying you unless drivetime said something I plan on paying you believe it or not or whatever I am real sick of the back and forth also so its easier for me to do it myself than to have a bunch of emails telling me how bad I am and how good others are so whatever you will get paid so don't freak out ... I am not interested in hearing about how there is someone internal that is what I hear about fraudulent loans I tell people to stay away. Since I am paying you hope I don't loose my car or hear otherwise from them so lets hope all is like you say it is. Other than that you won't hear from me til I get the card number for you no more talking about it as you wish.

Your card was declined. It would not even authorize $10.00. I can't say I did not half expect this.........now my merchant will charge me a fee....oh well.

I am confused by this email. It does not make much sense, with regards to the email I sent to you. I started my firm to help people, that is why I do things like work with folks in financial hardships. Usually my clients follow through. However I am finding more and more that I am getting taken advantage of.  This is a perfect example. I take time and money to track down Toni Graham. I spent over $75 doing a background search, my time is valuable, I am billed out at $250 an hour. I spent over 3 hours contacting Toni Graham's family and neighbors,  resulting in her surfacing.  I took further action and contacted local government authorities. Requesting they check into her background and what I have found. The FBI and economic  crimes unit called me back last week which is why I told you to NOT contact her and let me do my thing.

Total value of services/out of pocket costs  and amount normally charged $975.00 amount you have paid...$0.00With Regards to Drive time I normally charge.a minimum of  $650.00 up front and 15% of savings. I agreed to charge a lesser amount because I know that you are having financial problems. Yet my staff has contacted drivetime , confirmed the correct department to send power of attorney to. They sent it out, reviewed your hardship info. Tweaked it so that it encompassed what we could use to get the correct arrangements.  Contacted drivetime and got in touch with the proper department.....most consumers are not aware which department to speak with and what to convey to avoid reposession...etc.

Total value of work thus far and out of pocket costs $675.00.Total amount you have paid us: $0.00Now you are telling me that I am such a horrible person for requesting a payment.....better yet still a highly reduced payment. Additionally because you do not know what we have told drive time and which specific department and person we got to work with us, once you call them you will discredit yourself, and our company and most assuredly ruin all if the work we have done..Trust me Cheryl, I am not making any money off of you here. In fact I did what I could to help you. Yet you throw in my face that you hope I don't have issues? 

I spent 3 years in the hospital and almost died 3 times had 4 blood transfusions and had my colon removed. I have an ileostomy and will for the rest of my life. I recovered and pulled myself up from thedepths of despair with no money and 4 children and a wife to take of. Which is why I have a soft spot for people that have financial difficulty.So please do not insinuate that I have no care for people in your situation.

In fact as you can see I have gone above and beyond to assist you and the zecond I request a small payment for all of the work we have done you decide to lambast me. So as I requested earlier, I will run $200.00 apply $50.00 to Quincy and $150.00 to Friedman & Friedman Associates.  I am not being unreasonable here. In fact I am doing my best to help you.  They have a saying you know." What goes around comes around" or "do unto others as they would do unto you

I have know Jason as a Client first  and then a friend. So I am here to stick up for this man. He does not deserve someone ruining his good name! jason Has not only helped me but my whole family! He has always been there for me and is never too busy to take a call no matter when or what time... (Even after Hours) Jason was in the hospital for 3 years and almost died, and even still he answered his phone and was even working from the hospital bed.

I KNow because I came to visit him while he was sick and he was on his cell phone AND had his laptop up and running with all kinds of cords running in and out of him. He has always gone out of his way for me, and I am glad to do the same! I am going to let my family get a good look at what you posted about Jason. Ok, hello my name Edna. I been a client of Jason for 5 Years. He is honest, respectful and always take care me and my family. I get ripped off by lawyer in california, Jason get my money back, Ok? I have lots af credit card debt, and I need hard equity loan for my business in Philippines.

There lien on my house, Jason negotiate it to be remove in less than 4 hour. I get my loan. My name is Mark, I have been a client of Friedmn & friedman associates for a little over a year. I was referred by a high school friend that had gone through a rough divorce and amassed over 195K in CC debt. Mr. Friedman not only settled everything out for an average of 12%.... But he loaned my friend money for groceries when he had none. He answered his cell phone at 2AM when my friend was having a panic attack on numerous occasions. Even though he did not have to.

I was the victim of credit identity thedt. Being a church pastor, I get many requests from my congregation for help here and there. Well I made the mistake of loaning my credentials to an investment group, for a singular small line of credit. They opened up over 75K in credit cards in my name. Mr. friedman has gotten all responsibility on my end lifted, the cards removed from my credit and I have the letters to prove it. I was paying the CC debt for fear of ruining my credit and I could not buy my children new clothes or gifts for christmas.

Thanks to Mr. Friedman we had the best holiday season we have had in 3 years. I am sorry, but Mr. Friedman is a life saver and if he did write those emails, he musta had a very good reason for it. I have referred many people to him and everyone of them are satisfied customers.  No disrespect, but it seems that  you riled him up pretty good. I have never heard him mad or disrespectful. God Bless you Mr. Friedman, I will let more folks know of this injustice, I am sure they will vouch for you after all you have done.

This is crazy this is a company that I hired while I was trying to resolve my issues of getting scammed by various people. I even gave this supposed firm a client to retrieve money from he said he was skip tracing Toni Graham and he was developing a fake law suit to scare her and he would have the law stop by her home I have it in writing. He couldn't collect and did not nothing but tell me to leave her alone he was doing it kind of like he was handling drive time.

He has forgotten to leave his emails out of his threats, harassment and abuse I will show below why would you give a firm all your personal information to assist you in getting things done and he post it on the internet and wonders why I went off on him see below just some of his emails to me when I was 1 week and 3 days late and I have an email that I state to him I did not want to start til I paid but he said don't worry about it . Would you give this guy your information Please do not this is not professional this is a man who thinks he can ruin people for not paying 200-400 dollars obviously has money issues also.

Heres one comment to me to me You are getting served, and I suggest you seek medical attention. It is obvious you are delusional, crazy, ungracious, psycho, rude, and not very bright. I keep forgetting that people that are not very intelligent and lack common sense and manners don't even realize the way they are acting......wow! I am so so  sorry. it's not your fault you are like this.........I can't get upset with a mentally challenged person that doesnt even realize when someone......I mean a whole office staff  has been trying to help them....it's not your fault you we were born this way.....I truly am sorry for you.

let me show you another when after 88 emails I was done in a 48 hour span of harrasment and abuse and had told him I would be glad to post about him to warn people Those posts were done without my knowledge, if you slander my company you will not only have my suit to contend with but my staff, affiliates, attorneys. YOU HAVE HARASSED ME AND MY COMPANY..... YOU HAVE STRESSED ME OUT EXACERBATE D MY CHRONS DISEASE AND COST ME MONEY....FORGET THE 400 YOU COST ME OVER $3000.00!!  AND IF YOU SLANDER MY COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN AROUND 15 Years WITH NOT 1BAD REPORT I WILL GO AFTER YOU FOR MORE THAN THAT

He spent I don't know how many emails telling me how they called me all week one week and you know why would I avoid a call from them if they are resolving an issue and money had not even been brought up I think he really needs help more than me . I am not scared of an abusive man of this sort and I am sure I am not the first his reviews are probably him and his friends he is not what her purports to be.

Sorry I ever trusted someone like this now i have to do alot to make sure things are done to me personally by asking a company to assist me . After all this I would be happy to provide proof monday that I paid his fee and will find out what he did which his answer to me was he never garanteed me what he would do for that it was the UPFRONT FEE ...
