 My name is Jacob G****. Ms. Switzer was a tennent of mine before I had to have her evicted. Before I get into the details of this report, let me start by stating some facts. Ms. Switzer is the author of a book "Shifting Culture 'Revival, Revolution or Ruin'" and goes by the author name C. A. Lee. Her book has a Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/CALee/192123917513524. I haven't read it, but according to reviews on you tube, it has a patriotic theme detailing what's going on politically with our country, in her view I imagine.

As for me, I was in New Bern NC simply because I was deployed there during my time in the Marines. I ended my career after 13 years of honorable service. Diane, my wife, and my kids have supported me in every move, every venture, and most importantly, in the simple American dream of owning my little corner of the world; my first home. We've had military homes before, but this was ours, and it was pretty good. At the end of my career, my family and I decided to move back to my home town of Phoenix AZ. Here's where Cheryl Switzer comes in.

As the military movers were packing my home, and Diane and I were making final driving plans from one coast ot almost the other, Ms. Switzer showed up and told us she was being evicted. Cheryl previously lived only a few doors down and we were, shall we say, mere acquaintences, and always cordal. She told us a heart stoppin story about how she had pre-paid her prior land lords and they neglected to pay the homes mortgage which caused it to go into forclosure.

After a long discussion, and while the movers finished their job, I disclosed that the home had just been put on the market. She immediately jumped on the opportunity to "help herself and us". After a couple more hours of discussion, learning about her books and project money, and speaking to her partner, and supposed financial manager,Mr. Gary Blank, that money would be maturing, we signed a lease along with a purchase agreement with my real estate agent that evening. The lease was to be fore six months and the closing date of the purchase of the home was to be at or before the term of the lease.

Things immediately went wrong when we didn't receive the first months rent. Of course we spoke to her, and we got another story about medical bills and funds not coming in when they were supposed to. We let it go, and our life turned kind of crazy. I got a great job that had me travling to California for a month, and then to Saudi Arabia for five months. The whole time, I had to do what I could to make collection calls, and learned a hard lesson about eviction. After the closing date expired, the lease termed, and still no money was received, I finally got in touch with a laywer. It took another few months to get her evicted. I attempted to get some form of payment the whole time this went on and eventually lost contact with Ms. Switzer.

This woman lived in my home for 10 months and left it in shambles that made it unlivable. She took parts of the home and appliances. She left it trashed with holes in the walls, missing electrical outlet covers, shower heads, ceiling fans, and left some cabinets unusable. I know that this woman has gone into hiding or is using sur-names or others names to start utilities.

I currently have a judgement from Sumrell Sugg against her for $5000 for unpaid rent and my laywer has not been able to contact her to serve her with the judgement. This is why I'm writing this report. There has to be a way to find this person. When we do, and the $5000 is served and paid, a new case for damages will be filed. My house is now due for more than $24,000 in back payments, and will forclose. She took adavantage of a veteran, took our kindness for granted, and destroyed my, and my wifes, credit. She has Facebook for her book, and her book is sold at stores like Barnes and Noble and online at Amazon. At this point, finding her and serving her is more about principle than justice, but justice is just as good of a reason. I'm not sure that writing this report will serve any purpose, but anything is worth trying to get back something she took from me and my family.
