Chicago lenders Cactus Jacks did not honor new contract mesa, Arizona

I did not make my payments as agreed. a new contract was set up by chicago lenders to have my payments deducted out of my account. the very first payment deduct I needed to remind them. thereafter they did it at will, not sticking to the agreed upon dates.  they said they called and i hung up twice. No letter, no default letter. nothing til they found me on vacation in another state with the my truck and repossed it. I have  statements and info from the bank to prove I had money in the bank  when teh payments were due. My attorney and I requested proof of their transactions  and also copy of new contract..they refused. I would suggest not to deal with Cactus jack or chicago lenders
