My grandson was taken from his loving home on 4-18-12 by cps. We were told that they had a report that his mother had been left to babysit . She is allowed no contact with him.
This is a lie. she never was in my home much less left to babysit. She wrote a letter and confessed that she had told this to my sons ex girlfriend to make her jealous. The mother is in prison and has been for the last two months or so. She and the ex has had a long running hate for about a year. The mother had turned her in to cps and she had her children taken so this was a revenge act.
I have not been allowed to see my baby since they took him.
They come up with one excuse after another.Im angry and hurt.These people are cruel and inhuman. I have done nothing wrong and my grandson is paying for this lie and being given to strangers he is eight months old and does't understand and neither do I.
How can they be allowed to do this to families? Please we need help!

Jacob had heart surgery on 4-18-12.He had a coil placed in a leaky valve. While they were in they found a seriou heart problem that did not show up on the echo caridigram.
The Baby snatchers woul not allow me to be with him during this surgery and now he needs open heart surgery and they said i may not be allowed to be there for that. I not a monster there has been no abuse only a lie told that went against their rules. They have no heart no compassion!
Our family is in pain and shock. The Laywer we talked to said they were God and nothing much could be done! They are not God .Just a state agency with to much power. Please we need your prayers . This could happen to you.

my grandson Jacob who was removed from his home on 4-18-12 was born with a hole in his heart and a vaulve problem. We have had Jacob since he was 4 days old. he has ben in hospital 4 times with heart failure. The people he was placed with don't know him and don't know what signs to look for that he is getting sick!
He is scheduled to have coil placed in his heart vaulve on 4-18-12. He has never been in the hospital without us. The Baby Snatcher will not even let us be there. for his surgery and we have proff that the report they got was false They are heatless and crul beyond belief!

They are just doing their jobs, and its a very hard job too. You need to remain calm and work with them to resolve the situation. You should have had a preliminary hearing before a judge already, did you attend? A judge should line out what you need to do to get the kids back. CPS does not want to take your children, they want to protect your children. You need to convince them that your home is a safe place for them to be.

Lou Lou I hope everything works out well for you in the end.
Certainly you understand that CPS or DCF is in a position of da**ed if you do and da**ed if you don't. They will always put the safety of the children first and pull them out of a potentially hazardous situation at least until they have investigated any claims.
Would you agree that they are doing their jobs? Consider what happens if they do not respond and pull them out.
