Cps came to my house and woke me up accussed me first of neglecting my  year old daughter who is practically attached to my side and who i enjoy and am amazed daily by my daughters intelligence and innocence i cherish every moment! when was obvious my daugher was not in any danger she was not neglected they accussed me of being on drugs at that moment> okay so i just wanted to prove them wrong and i tried to get to the drug testing place that day but ended up having to go back the next day also. Long story short my test came back clean and clear and i though surely i can go get my daughter, who we had placed with my mother inlaw for a couple days, and put all this behind us but was not the case. i was contacted by the investigator who was not the same lady who had been at my house only three days before. SHe had got a case report across her desk saw that i was accussed of  admitting to doing drugs: now id heard everything!:

so now its been almost three months and my daughter is still not home. i got a letter in the mail cps closed their investigation stating that they 'had reason to believe' my home was unsafe and my child could not yet return home so i am in drug rehab for get this"alcoholism" and i cant be unsupervised with the child I brought into this world and still yet have they had proof but i ve willingly jumped through all hoops they have put in front me. i am at wits end its to the point i want to go to court. i want to take them to court for all kinds of damages mentally and emotionally they are causing on my family as a whole not to mention treating and telling others taht i am a bad parent. they also tried to convince my inlaws that i did indead do drugs"No Matter How Many Times You Say Something (nor how Creative Their BS story and accussations are) Doesnt Make It Truth.
