Chili's, Ann alman Tired of being walked all over. southgate Michigan

I have worked at chilis for 3 years this month. I am a great employee. I work alot of doubles i am a waitress, togo specialest, QA specialest, as well as hosting and i have helpped prep, night cleaning and so forth. I dont call off work unless i have an excused absence such as a doctors note. On April 9th i was scheduled a double and i informed my mangers that i had jury duty. my manger told me to release my shift and i did so, both of them. The only shift that was picked up was my morning, my night was not but another manager told me that that was all that i could do.The next morning I woke up at 5 and was at Frank Murphy Hall of Justice at 7. I was there all day, the moment that I had gotten out I had called my ride and asked them to call my work to let them know that i was  just getting out of court and i would not be there tonight. they proceded to tell him that it was unacceptable and that i was going to be fired. They gave personal information about me to someone with out my concent.

Once I had gotten picked up i proceded to call my employer to let them know that i was not coming in i had been at court for like 11 hours. she told me to bring my paper in so i did. once i got there she had thretened me and told me that i am going to lose my job and that she has saved my a** numerous times saying that i call off all the time. and proceded to tell me that everything would of been fine if i didnt have  someone call to let them know, and he wouldnt of been rude. All that he had told them after they told him i was going to be fired for jury duty that it would cause a law suit and she had then hung up. I had gone in to give her the paper and she told me that it ment nothing and gave it back to me. I had then asked her what she wanted me to do, if she wanted me to go home and change i would. She told me no and that i could leave. As i walked out of the office she took it upon herself to announce to the rest of the staff that "i was another worker that didnt want to work my shift." and the asked "anyone else". I feel that that was inappropriate for a manager to do so. I left.

I do anything that my mangers ask. i go and pick things up for them, I always help out and even after tell my mangers everything that has happened they do nothing. I Had one manger follow up with me about an issue i Had with the cooks being disrespectful. 

i use to love coming into work and it has just gotten to the point that i am no longer happy with where i work and that nobody treats me with the respect that everyone else recieves do to the fact that i am 20 years old or whatever reason they have.
