Papworth heating and air is a family own small company in  Mesa Arizona and had the Misfortune of doing work for choice home warranty company, we have worked for the home warranty company's for the past 20 years and added choice to or list of company to service a few years ago and right from the start they were slow to pay claims and then they just stopped paying and still wanted  us to run calls for them. we gave them a stop work notice and wait there year waiting period to get paid for back invoice but guess what we never did. after server al attempts to get paid we filed a complaint with the BBB but as most of you know they are a private company and really can't do anything to help us out. Home warranty company is a good deal for most home owner's its to bad a few company's like Choice Home Warranty are out there and give the rest a bad name.
