Chris Hayden Mike Kenney Crestline Valuations RIP OFF...Con Artist..SCAMMER San Juan Capistrano California

I saw an ad placed from a lender for real estate projects. I received a call back and provided my company information.  Two weeks later I received a call from the lender, who claimed to love my project and wanted to move forward.   Chris Haden with Capital Funding and Associated Lenders then stated that he needed a valuation of the project.   He referred me to Mike Kenny of Crestline Valuation.  We agreed on a price of $5,600.00, $2,800.00 up front and $2,800.00 upon delivery of the completed document.  I sent a $2,800.00 check priority mail to Crestline on November 26, 2013.  On November 29, Mike claimed he hadn’t received the check and couldn’t proceed without the money.  So I wire transferred $2,800.00 that day and he was supposed to destroy the check upon receipt.  Needless to say, the check was cashed, and Chris Haden and Mike Kenny disappeared off the radar.  All together I personally paid Crestline Valuations $5600.00 and never received a valuation of my project.

So keep an eye out for these two. Apparently they are working together to get your money.
