Chrysler Financial President: Jurgen Walker?

This company is the worst finace company. Their customer service representatives even managers are rude and nasty to customers. They call you and harass you for nothing. I made two car payments and they sent my payments to someone elses account and told me that there is nothing they can do about it and if my account number wasn't on the money order then it will get thrown in the trash.

I'm like what kinda crap is that! I always put my account number on the money orders! They wanted me to pay the two car note payments AGAIN plus my current payment, so thats 3 payments. They repossessed the car like I car. They really think that they was going to get over on me like that.

They even tried to charge me to get my personal belongings out my car. Then they didn't even wanna tell me where the car was towed to until I made the 3 payments plus tow costs. I founf out though. I work at a law firm and have access to alot of information. Then they wanted a hold list of things to get my car back like: proof of insurance, 3 references including their full name, address and phone number#, and some more crap.

This finace company sucks! If you can, finance your car through someone else. I rather finace a car through a crack head before I go back to Chrysler.
