Chuck Winters or Charles Winters or whoever he is going by today is a total scam and a crook. Attached are some samples of his craigslist ads which he uses to scam people.
This guy is a holy terror to a lot of people, I know. He has made threats against me and I know of some females he stalks and threatens.
Pretty much everything that everyone is saying about Chuck Winters is true. He's a menace to society. He certainly should do some time in jail, this much is true. I don't know how he gets away with everything he does.
Los Angeles is growing exhausted by this guy. Too many people are learning about him being a crook. He takes credit for other people's work, he steals also. I have seen him do very little work and then take credit for the finished product. This is true.
When I said I was angry that he cheated me he threatened that if I do anything against him, he would post thousands of bad reports against my family and my company.
There has to be some way to stop him.
Hoping that FBI thing is true.
Good Luck People.
