CIBC Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce Caution! Will sell you inappropriate investments Guelph Ontario

The so-called 'financial advisors' at CIBC at the Guelph branch will blatantly lie to you. Repeatedly. They will sell you inappropriate investments, accuse you of awful things if you try to invest your money in places other than CIBC, and hold your money hostage. They are self serving and do NOT have your best interest in mind. Do not trust ANYTHING their advisors tell you or trust CIBC with your money. They are only there to make money for themselves.

Trying to escalate your concerns internally within CIBC is an exercise in futility. If you file a complaint, their Client Care center (the name is an absolute joke), and their District VP (according to him he is the 'company man' so you know how much he is willing to help you, their valued customer), is a nothing but a quagmire of bureaucracy aimed at frustratiing you so you give up and go away.

Every level within CIBC has lied to me and positioned themselves to harm me both financially and emotionally.
