As the rest who have been bilked I too paid for the 3 credit reports at $24.95 and was charged on my credit card. Then - next month a charge I did not authorize appears for $12.95. I have tried to rectify through phone and emails and nothing - just like the rest of those who have tried. Better Business Bureau needs to shut down this operation! I too have canceled my charge card.
