Cinemark sells more tickets than they have in seats. We wnt there on time to watch a movie and several people were leaving with popcorn and sodas on their hands very upset because there were no more seats.
What was more frustrating was the fact that when we went to complain, nobody ever apologized.
What they told us was " Sorry but we cannot refund you, since you purchased the tickets online"
They see a family, of four people holding sodas and food, and instead of trying to make it right they tell you "well, TOO BAD."
EVERYONE don't ever fall for that. This place will rip you off. they do not care about their customers because they fill up anyways, so a few less people, no one cares.

Unfortunately I don't go there anymore since I have had that problem again. I have found a new movie theater close to that one that has better seating.
