Circle K Mid Atlantic Conveience Stores Discrimination,Racial Profiling,Assault, Harrasment,Civil Rights midlothian Virginia

 On Novemeber 11 i was assaulted by one employee of circle k gas stations and another brandished a pole with a blade against me . The female associate made discriminatory comments regarding my race to me and my girlfriend both. The female associate exited the store and prior to her assaulting me told my girlfriend whose ethnicity is cacausian that she should think about who I am with , refering to my race . This female associate has been charged and since then ive been living a shitty life because everyone that is envolved with this company is very inconsiderate. They all have chosen to do nothing about this situation even though i have documents supporting PTSD and other related mental and physical health conditions regarding this incident. The employees still work there and the company does not care AT ALL about anything that happend that night . They wouldnt even replace my cell phone that their employee damaged.
