I decided to get a computer from CircuitMicro.com in August of 2003. They were very quick to deduct the down payment from my account.....Despite the fact they didn't have a signed contract from me. When the monthly payments were to start, approx. 2 months later, the payments never started. Keep in mind I NEVER received a written contract after submitting the online papers. So i called the company and ended up getting the run around. I called every day for 2 weeks...they blamed the "lapse" on the "christmas rush". I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and decided to wait. In January, after the suppossed "rush" I still did not receive a contract. The calls and emails start again, but much to my dismay, the origional contact numbers listed on the website were CUTOFF (949)460-7866!!! Thats why the only way listed online to contact these folks is thru email. Anyway, because of the back and forth with these people, I decided to ask for a refund. They immediately tried to "put me in a different computer" since the one i tried to purchase the first time was "no longer being made". Not to mention the fact is was some name i had never heard of. Heres the email correspondance after the number was disconnected:

Yet another brush off

Bottom line, don't do business with these people. They have a HUGE deposit and still one year later, no refund...no computer
