Yes, Ilaterran a "complete" $30 report on an individual I know well who has significant financial problems. I was hoping for something like your advertised example of a full history. What I got was very little information and itwas years out of date. I'm extremely disapointed in this search service as it was a complete waste of time and money. A google search brought up more information. Please don't tell me I can't get a refund otherwise I'm being ripped off. As you may already know, our direct search reports are limited to the funds available under your Direct Search balance. After referencing your account I have learned that you have used our direct searches, depleting funds available upon sign-up or upgrade.
You may view your account details/summary in the top left corner of our members area.
The funds you have paid towards your CIS Nationwide membership transfer directly towards your Direct Search balance and once used cannot be refunded.
According to our records you have confirmed the charge for our services via ClickBank through the checkout confirmation page. As a reputable business we are obligated to compensate our data providers and partners for any and all services rendered.
You are the only person who has access to your account. Be careful where you click and read instructions prior to conducting a search. Careless use of your account can lead to additional charges. CIS is not responsible for such careless use of our searches where you are at fault.
The "unlimited" and "website access" only applies to our basic search section only. All "direct searches" require funds and are not "unlimited".
You can always add more funds to your account by clicking on the green "Transfer Funds" tab (located in the top right corner of the Member's Area).
CIS Nationwide is not a consumer reporting agency as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA") and the information in our databases has not been collected in whole or in part for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports as defined in the FCRA.
This is all clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions page which can be accessed from:

Pleasecancel this service and refund outstanding balance of $44.00. You service cannot even find the person I need to get a complete background check on in the name look-up. I know he exists because I can drive over to his house. He is alive because he answers his emails and a reverse search came up with nothing more than I get using Google . Your site apparently has no information on him even though thereis plenty of history if you know what I mean. You say you don't keep credit card data , so please snail mail the $44 check to my house address. Richard

In order to assure the best results in your search:
- Keep the name short & simple, and try different variations of the name.
- Do not include ".com", "S", "Inc.", "Corp", or "LLC" at the end of the Company name.
- Use only the first/main part of a name to get best results.
- Only search one name at a time if Company has many AKA's.
