citifinancial and catawba valley mortgage jim wells, seth chapman, mark mayberry they illegally took my house from the estate statesville, North Carolina

me and my fiancee were planning on getting married feb 2 2000 we purchased a 1998 doublewide and 5 + acres of land . i have 2 daughters one which is disabled. finally we all had a place we could call home.4 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished. then my fiancee was killed sept 8th 1998 in a trucking accident. we had given each other rights to survivorship joint tenants in common. we had insurance etc i was one of the executors of the estate my fiancees sister was the other but the clerk over the estates was not co-operative i put 383000.00 in the estate in insurance but instead of coming to me it went to the brothers and sisters because he was killed before the will was signed .my fiancee had 3 other loans which i got citifinancial to give me a loan to cover the 67000.00 i had to borrow to settle the estate which i thought would be paid off once the insurance came in . it didnt all the money was given to the brothers and sisters . then i was given notice from citifinancial that i was 14 months behind when i thought by now the estate should have paid it off but they hadnt . so i contacted anothe loan company who was working with citifinancial me and my mother who was 70 at the time was going to get loan to take care of the arreages . well i back out of the new loan but the officer came to my moms house told her i still wanted the loan and said they got her permission to sign my name on another deed taking my right to survivorship off and putting it in me and my mothers name . as soon as i found out i told the same lawyer that did the deed to change it back because i was out of town at the last signing and gave no one permission to sign new deed . as long as i had right to survivorship the estate had to pay and citifinancial couldnt foreclose on the house . well they didnt fix it right and they took the only home we ever had . now someone else is living in it . it makes me really sick to ride by and know this man loved me enough and all the sweat etc we put into fixing this house into a home it has been 5 yrs now and i have notified the banking commission attorney general and several others about this because until now i wasnt made aware of who to contact .yes they are crooks from the courts on down to the last loan officer but my last breath with be taken fighting them and hopefully putting them out of business. my credit is ruined and the ones involved own new finance companys they made sure they had new roofs over there heads but me i can hardly rent anymore i hope president obama reads this and checks it out or his task force .i want my house and land first back then we will talk money and the innocent people that bought my house thru foreclosure should be set up also in a home STAND YOUR GROUND UNTIL IT IS ONCE YOURS AGAIN DONT GIVE UP I WONT
