This company is crap. If anything all they did was lie and sell us a car that had so many issues that I cant even count them on one hand. They claim they fix and inspect the car before selling it, but that couldnt be farther from the truth. They charge your for things that you warrenty COVERS! Then a couple months down the road, when you tell them your car has an issue that they should have fixed in the first place, something you KNOW could not have happened in a few months they just use thier classic line "Anything can happen to a car in a few months"...classic huh.

So then you decide to be a good customer and refur them a customer, due to the statement in thier advertisement saying that "If you refur us a customer you will recieve 50 dollars the day they drive off the lot". Also a lie, our refurrel drove off the lot a month ago, and we are still waiting on our 50. Nice buisness huh? So then when you call them about the 50 they give you the run-around, saying the bank hasnt paid them yet, even though in thier advertisement they say theday the customer drives off the lot you get your 50, YET I kno the bank paid them because I was told by the customer. I Reported them to the better buisness for this.

When you go to thier machanic to get a part fixed, they never fully fix it, they do not alloww you to sit in the waiting room for your car "Suspicious huh". So they never fully fix your car, and when you do go there something else mysteriously comes up broken...

NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH CJ'S CAR AMERICA. The manager "Kevin"...a real peice of work...

PIECE OF WORK?

AUTHOR: Kevin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 24, 2008

The allegations in this report are simply inaccurate. We do not advertise in any way, shape, or form that referral fees are paid on the spot, nor do we indicate to those who refer customers to us that the referral fee is paid when the customer that was referred drives their vehicle off the lot. Maybe what we need here is some specific information about this customers problems instead of generalizations, and unjustified accusations about our company. We never charge our customers for work that is covered by the extended warranty, only the $100 deductible that they are responsible for, and that they know they are responsible for. This is just another classic case of somebody wanting something for nothing.
Sincerely,
"Piece Of Work"

Chris, the mechanic insulted my father about his christianity...saying that "His christianity hasn't stopped him from smoking" Basically calling him a fake christian....what a nice place...I am not the only person who has complained about this company.

Correction - They didn't SELL you a car, YOU BOUGHT a car

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 23, 2008

I love these ROR complaints about the bad people that SOLD cars with a myriad of defects. A sales transaction involves two parties. Someone SELLS a car and the other party BUYS a car. If you hadn't BOUGHT the car they tried to sell you the problems wouldn't occur. Most used car dealers buy cars from new car dealerships that the new car dealership doesn't want to put on their lot or they go to an auto auction. A CARFAX report might give the history of the car but the dealer usually doesn't know or care where the car comes from or its service record. They wash it and put it on the lot and sell it at the retail blue book price. You would be better off looking for a private owner's car where you could see the service record. You would also pay cash for it which avoids car payments. The $50 deal was also a come on. Why would you recommend this company to anyone you know for 50 lousy dollars. He will probably remember you fondly when his car falls apart.
