Claims Processing Center Been calling company since May28 about claim got no answer and no reps are ever available and manager is always out the office you can never get voicemail or return call Staten Island, New York

I moved long distance and used a company called Olympia moving and storage out of Illnois dont use them the movers are unprofessional,very ghetto and unprofessional and the price hops all over the place. When the movers got here to my new home the next day I went through the boxes and items I had broken and missing items a whole box missing.

So it was stated when I called Olympia and spoke to someone name Joan whom is the manager there at Olympia she stated call the claims processing center which is in new york their very good and will take care of your claim for you. That was a bunch of bs because I had filed my claim with someone name David Green sent pictures and did paperwork he said to me on the phone I should get any answer by May28 2010.

Lets say I been calling every since May28 and I can never get a claims rep on the phone they are always busy, manager is always out the office, you cannot leave a voicemail you have to leave a message with whomever answer the phone,never get called back if you leave voicemail on after hour machine,I have written letters and I keep calling everyday and still no response. The number is 201-437-6900 and you always get the same girl whom answer the phone, you may get one guy every blue moon.

I dont know what else to do???
