 Clash is f Kings has relatively inexpensive packages as well as pricey ones. However I never received all the contents of a single inexpensive package. Especially true of the weekly packages. Reported daily for two months that the packages were clutching and the contents were not received. Each day COK verified the purchase and asked for a screenshot if the missing items. Exactly how do I screenshot what is missing? So I began to watch all the items more closely. Purchases many 24 hour shields and boosts. They all lapsed hours before schedule. Most lasted only 12 hours. Reported. Zero response. Zero customer service. Reported to Google. Because COK titles all receipts similarly even Google could not figure out which purchases had been issued and which should be refunded. Utter fiasco! This game is a rip off. Run away! Save your money! Find something else to play!
