I tried to place an order on January 24, 2004 or January 25, 2004. I am not really sure of the date because I was online late night. I tried to place an order for a jacket with my credit card and I was declined. I tried to place the order through again with the same credit card and it declined it again. I checked my account the next day and was told that $59.88 was charged to my account by CLASSICCLOSEOUTS.COM. Now you tell me how could they charge my card and the internet system declined my card both times?

I have e-mailed them at least 5 times now and I am not getting a response. I have been trying to locate them on the internet, to no avail. I just so happened to come across this as I was searching for them and it put a damper in me thinking I was going to at least get one of the two jackets they are charging me for and the rest of my money refunded. I haven't heard anything from them. I have left them my e-mail address as well as my telephone number.

They also have my address. Nothing. The same day I found out that they charged my credit card account, I told the bank to send me a dispute form because I kindly let them know that my order was declined both times. We'll see how this works out with the bank. To anybody else out there:

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CLASSICCLOSEOUTS.COM OR URBANQ.COM.

They are both trying to rip you off and I think it's about time that they locked them up, or shut them down for doing bad business. And if anyone from CLASSICCLOSEOUTS.COM OR URBANQ.COM is reading this, don't ever let me find out where you are located because you are going to regret ever playing with my money like you done lost your minds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
