I contacted Classmates.com (have a whole string of email in storage) upset, canceled both memberships after 1-2 months was told I had a $11 refund and it would be charged back to credit card which did not happen. I emaied them l continuously they would respond on the refund.
Capital One is still hounding me for now $225, What was really bad is I caved in the next month, authorized pmt of $53 from my account, got the confirmation number, debt to account was made but never credited to card account
Neither Classmates or Capitol One and get it straighten out but are reall quick to report you to the credit bureau!!

I am a retired (32 Year) investigator for insuranse companies, handleing arson, fraud, multiple fatalities, so can help a lot on the foot work, and will work very cheap just to make sure they are out of business ASAP
