classmates.com unauthorized charges to credit card seattle, Internet

I had classmates.com charge 2 credit card for an unauthorized renewal of my account. Some they charge two different cards for the initial membership that I authorized and missed that one but when both cards were charged for renewal with out any form of authorization I contested, paid one of the charges, then noticed the other charges on a no balance card I raised hell, told Capitol One about the problem they refused backout of the charges on the 2nd card!
I contacted Classmates.com (have a whole string of email in storage) upset, canceled both memberships after 1-2 months was told I had a $11 refund and it would be charged back to credit card which did not happen. I emaied them l continuously they would respond on the refund.

Capital One is still hounding me for now $225, What was really bad is I caved in the next month, authorized pmt of $53 from my account, got the confirmation number, debt to account was made but never credited to card account
Neither Classmates or Capitol One and get it straighten out but are reall quick to report you to the credit bureau!!
