internet add said it was a "free offer" of two products. I read the fine print very carefully to be sure there were no strings. Products arrived separately. I did not even open them after reading the labels. three weeks later, I received a bottle of one of the products and my credit card was charged $79.95 and $75.68. I called the number on the first charge and was told I had signed up for auto ship. They said I could cancel and return the product for credit which I did. But, the next month, I got another bottle and another charge on my card. This time, I called my bank to cancel on that end. Since then, I have spent more than four hours on the phone with the company and my bank and the issue is still not resolved completely. Also, the information I was given by the companies that sold the product was inconsistent and soem outright lies...such as they said "we have already issued a credit to your account."
