Clear Haven Center-Quebec Terry Orsten My son went through the guaranteed program, relapsed, and was to return for free of charge. Terry closed shop and left addicts to fend for themselves. FRAUD! Montreal, Quebec

My son was in the program at Clear Haven from July until October.  He did well throughout the program but has relapsed.  He was in the guaranteed program, meaning that if he relapsed within the year, he could return free of charge for 4 weeks. 

 

If detox was needed, it would cost me $1,350.00 plus the plane fare there and home.  Now that option has been taken away from my son.  Would he qualify for the Center in the Outaouais Region?

 

I was totally appalled when I tried to contact someone, anyone, at Clear Haven this past week.  I tried the center several times, called the detox center, and e-mailed Aarons' primary councellor(who by the way was very compassionate and concerned when I relayed that Aaron had relapsed).  Mary was contacting admin herself to get Aaron back in.  Thank God that never happened!

 

Finally, I googled in Clear Haven and was devastated to see what had taken place.  People were ripped off for a lot of money, but more importantly, addicts were robbed of their chosen right to become sober and clean.  How dare Terry Orsten play with peoples lives in such a degrading manner.

 

I've always said that I would take down any drug dealer, no questions asked.  But when I think about it, when an addict needed a fix, they could at least trust their dealer to supply them with what they needed and paid for.

 

I despise Terry Orsten more than any drug dealer in this whole world.  I would love to place this dentist in his own chair and extract everyone of his teeth, very slowly.  He will never beable to vindicate his actions to any addict or family.

 

My heart goes out to Elijahs family.  Devastation went from hope, then to tragedy.  Today, when I get home from work, I'll have my son to deal with.  He informed that a young lady that was in rehab with him OD.  Where is this all going to lead?

 

I would like to be put in contact with other families as I would like to see justice done re: Terry Orsten.  I refuse to give him the title Dr. because that's something that is earned.

 

If Terry Orsten has children of his own, I hope that he lies awake at night, wondering what the future will bring for his own family.  You never know what tomorrow will bring.  He has proven that to many.

 

Please contact me and feel free to give my e-mail address to other families who have been affected by Clear Haven.  I'm in this for the long haul and I would personally like to meet this monster face to face.
