Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
DON'T DO IT!! The owner, Anthony Marcolongo, is shady, doesn't stand behind his work, and to make matters worse his promise to refund my money 3 times in one week never happened. Then had the nerve to say he's stopping payment on the check (he never mailed), after all of his bogus promises, and my leaky window which I now need replace ..I'm out $331. His attempts to fix it has failed. He even promised to do fix it himself instead of his incompetent employee, and Anthony was a no call-no show! He doesn't deserve even 1 star. Horrible businessman

Update to this complaint as of 3/28/13. This matter has been fully resolved in mediation and the consumer, who is myself, has been fully reimbursed by the owner of Clear Vision Auto Glass, Anthony Marcolongo. I have agreed to update this complaint as part of the agreement, and also contacted the websites' legal/editing department to ask for this complaint to be removed. I will await their response.
In the meantime, I would like to add that Mr.Marcolongo did the right thing after the unfortunate circumstances that took place, and from what I am told our experience is far from the norm in his years of business. Also, his more than apologetic and personable attitude was appreciated in this matter, after all. Job well done! Thank you.
