I we looking for a good internet provider at a good price, not too much to ask, and in my searching i found clear wireless 4G internet so i called to inquire about it and about a week later signed up with them at 45 a month for unlimited internet speed. firs thing that i didn't like is that I payed 80 dollars for one of their wifi routers and when i got it it was refurbished, but i got over it when i saw how amazingly fast my internet was. i used speakeasy.net/speedtest and was getting speeds metween 12 and 14 MB/s. but after the first week my intenet had started to slow i called tec support and went through all the b/s troubleshooting that i had already done like unpluging m device and resetting it and of course it was still slow, 2 to 3 MB/s, so then i was transferred to the "level 2 technicians" who somehow saw where i was putting the device in my house and gave me a location for the best reception. Ok that was great now i have excellent reception but still fast internet. it has been like this fo 2 months now. and sometimes my internet stops working all together, they sent me a new device thinking mine was defective but that didn't help. and every time i call with the same exact problem as last time i have to go through all the b/s troubleshooting and they tell me that the're working on it. last time i demanded to speak with their level 2 tech support team and i was told that they won't even entertain hearing from me. I hate this company, they promise super fast speeds and they dont deliver, tech support is a joke, customer service is non existant, and they apparently have a useless group of hig and mighty nerds that are too important to be bothered with my recurring problems. eat s**t and die clear ,!,,
