Long story. I signed up for the service to check it out and see what it offered, and never did anything more with it until I saw a bill on my debit card for 39.97. They misrepresent their service, as they do not tell you that when you sign up, all of your negative items are AUTOMATICALLY disputed and you are charged for them.

I got a 'Deal' of 18 items for the price of 5, so the Cust Svc rep told me. I Forced the issue, asked to speak to a manager, waited on hold for about 25 minutes, and eventually got a manager, and he started the same speal, and I stopped him in his tracks and asked him to show me in the terms of agreement where it states that issues will be automatically disputed, and he fumbled around a bit, 'pulled up the terms' and then started to sell me again on the 18 for 5 crap, upon which I told him he was full of crap (in less nice terms) and demanded he show me where it stated they automatically dispute your whole record or I was going to do a chargeback.

He then stated that they win 95% of their chargebacks and I said, 'ok thats nice, but show me in your terms where it states items are automatically disputed.' He couldn't do it, and after me harassing him a bit more stating I was gonna turn him into the BBB, the PSC of Florida, and start a small claims lawsuit against him if he didn't refund my money, and saying I'd call them every day for hours at the time till I got satisfaction, hey its a 800 number! (all the while he was claiming he can't refund anything) and eventually he changed his tune and said he would give me a refund with in 6 to 10 days.

We will see. If I don't see it in 10 days we will wash rinse and repeat the above until I recieve satisfaction that I've wasted more than $40 of their phone time, and then I will do a chargeback on the terms that their TOS doesn't mention automatically disputing. I was maybe a bit over the top but hey it seemd to work.
