XXXXX (REDACTEDCOMPANY NAME) is a legitimate company. However, getting to the proper site on the internet is not as easy as you may think. Most of the LimeWire access sites are bogus.

ClickBank/ClkBank has found a way to divert your search to what appears to be the legitimate site but is nothing more than a scam. There are many sites offering free services or downloads. ClickBank takes advantage of these sites by using their domain to fool people into thinking they are dealing with the correct company.

ClickBank diverts your search to a cloned site which it controls. No matter what you think you are buying through them, you will not receive your product and there is currently no one in customer service. No phone number to call. E-mail inquiries are ignored. No refunds.

The founder of ClickBank has sold his scam to many "associates" who then pay royalties to him for each scam they pull off. ClickBank is not associated with any federal or state banking laws. It is not a bank; just a rip-off artist who has figured out another way to cheat us.

Bottom Line: Stay away from ClickBank no matter how it is presented to you. It is also possible that your credit card info could be charged over and over for the same transaction until you have nothing left.

Go to your bank and ask for help. There are a few things you can do to prevent further damage.

I am asking any who may be able to provide a legitimate location or responsible person involved in this scam to respond to this report by calling their state and local authorities in an attempt to prosecute everyone involved in ths scam. Remember: ClickBank.com and ClkBank*com are not legitimate. Report them. Get involved. I hope I have learned a cheap lesson. I'm trying to help you not to make the same mistake I did.

I did finally contact LimeWire. As far as they are concerned, I don't exist.

I ordered these Diet Solutions Books because I thought I would be getting hard copies for $47.
Then after I had ordered with my Am-ex credit card I found out that this was a download & then
I was presented with another offer to actually purchase the hard copy for an additional charge.
I will be calling Am-ex & advising them of this & I will not be paying this charge as it seems to be
  a Scam!!!!!

                      Yours sincerely,
